Cultivating Me. Enhancing We.
Improving interactions personally and professionally

Michelle Weissman

Michelle has been working in Training and Development since 2010. Whether it be training teams on soft skills or systems, managing organizational development and strategies for companies of all sizes, or mentoring others in the community, she has a sincere passion to watch people grow. Her energy and drive can be felt by everyone around her and she enjoys working with others on refocusing, re-energizing, and empowering their OWN lives.

Michelle is all about results. She has a direct coaching style with a sincere care for her team and clients. Her philosophy employs the need for a strong work ethic. “If you want results, you have to be willing to get down to the grit. Growth is not for those who want it or need it; it is for those who are willing to work for it.”

Michelle lives a life focused on self-discovery, continual improvement, and recovery. As an explorer, she has traveled throughout 23 countries, consults globally, and enjoys immersing herself within new cultures. She has lived in Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, and grew up in Chicago, Illinois.

As well as being a collegiate athlete, Michelle graduated with a dual honors degree in Psychology and Business, with a focus in Organizational Development from the University of Illinois – Chicago. She also studied at one of the oldest universities in the world, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, focused on research and cultural development. She has studied under successful leaders such as Beth Racine, Tony Robbins and countless CEOs/VPs of multi-million dollar organizations.

Michelle spent her earlier years competing with herself. She battled with an addictive personality and the idea of never feeling any accomplishment was enough. This road was not an easy one but it taught her that change starts with her. She learned to enhance relationships with others and translate her shortcomings into successes, celebrating the wins with a grateful heart.

She now realizes that every day is a gift and looks forward to sharing her passion for life with individuals interested in reforming their lives and minds. Her mantra focuses on uncovering the power within ourselves. “We have everything we need inside of us to be our best selves, we just need to uncover it and work for it every day.”
